squad 11's training grounds

A bare field with some wooden dummys scattered in random places. This is where medero can be reached when he is training with the squad and where the squad themselves practice themselves to exhaustion each and every day to better themselves in fighting. Many sounds of Zanpaktous could be heard through the echoes of nearby trees that were swaying in the wind.

Medero stepped up on a platform and everything grew quiet. He spoke soft but it seemed to ring throughout the whole area with comman "My name is Medero Tmabi. As of now i am now your Captain and therefore you higher command. " cheers erupted from the former captainless squad and some of the soul reapers looked upon him with contempt. they didnt think this nobody could seriously be a captain. maybe he was a fake, maybe he wasnt even strong.Medero cleared his throat again and said "from now on people will be training in pairs of twos, no longer against wooden dummys. Wooden dummys dont move, people do and if soul reapers dont watch it... They will lose thier lives in this training. you show no remorse only the dedication in this training so that one day, you may serve the Seireitei in honor, dignity, and with respect." He turned around as a member started running towards him with his weapon out and intended to spear the new captain in his back. Medero smiled and as the blade tried to edge into his back his zanpaktou filled with fire was there catching it. he muttered softly "byakurai" and pointed his finger towards the member. A bolt of lightning smashed into him sending him across the groungs into a building. He looked around and said loudly "if someone else tries to take me on at least force me to use more than one finger" He chuckled and spoke to another member and said "get him to the infirmary.. he was hit in the middle of his chest. If he doesnt recieve attention soon hell have more serious problems than just getting disciplinary actions taken against him" The member nodded and said "sir" as he went to help the other member out. He looked up into the air and felt it blow softly and gently, but he knew that it was just like this before a storm.. He didnt know what to know or expect but he felt that maybe a battle was going to be waged sometime in the near future.
